Maybe a movie or a cup of coffee to start the day. I believe most things in life should not be rushed specially when you don't know the person well enough.

It would have to be in a public area where we can talk and get to know each other while both feeling safe and comfortable. Coffee shop? Restaurant?

I think the first date should be simple. A nice lunch where we could talk and learn about each other's interests. Maybe go with the flow after that. If we decide to go for a walk, that would be nice also.

Going to Starbucks to talk and get to know oneanother or to TGI Fridays for Food and a possible movie afterwards "IF" chemistry seems to exist.

A lunch date sounds about perfect to me; especially when it's someplace new for both of us. The atmosphere should be lighter than dinner, and allows for a more conversation than a movie or bar.

I'd guess meeting for brunch or lunch to break the ice, have some conversation and get to know each other.

Somewhere to talk in an relaxing atmosphere. Being comfortable with one another, is the only thing important at that moment. It depends on if we will be or not be!
